- I. Overview The TM-UHZ-LED Magnetic Sensitive Dual-Color Level Gauge is a new product developed by our company. It utilizes high-brightness LED light-emitting devices, offering advantages such as high brightness, red-green dual-color display, long visible distance, clearer scale markings, and a wide display range. The product is more serialized. Especially in environments with high dust, such as steel plants containing fine iron filings, if a magnetic flap level gauge is used, the fine iron filings may cover the red and green colors of the magnetic flap due to magnetic adsorption, making it impossible to observe the liquid level. The magnetic sensitive electronic dual-color level gauge effectively solves this issue. The TM-UHZ-LED series magnetic sensitive dual-color level gauge uses high-brightness LED dual-color light-emitting electronic modules for liquid level display. Red and green light columns indicate the liquid level, with a daytime observation distance of 60m and a nighttime observation distance of over 200m. It can replace various traditional on-site display level gauges and is widely used for liquid level measurement in industrial production processes. II. Working Principle Inside the main conduit of the level gauge, there is a magnetic float designed according to the specific gravity of the medium. The magnet inside the float is at the same height as the liquid level in the container. The liquid level LED display scale is equipped with semiconductor magnetic sensitive sensors and LED light-emitting modules arranged in an orderly manner. The semiconductor magnetic sensitive sensors corresponding to the magnetic field are magnetized, triggering the corresponding digital circuit. The area above the liquid level displays red LEDs, while the area below displays green LEDs. Red indicates the vapor phase, and green indicates the liquid phase. The interface between red and green represents the actual liquid level in the container, making it clear and intuitive—green for liquid and red for vapor. III. Product Features 1. Vapor red, liquid green: The light-emitting display is clear, with a wide viewing angle and long visible distance. The red and green light columns clearly display the liquid level, making it suitable for use in low-light environments and particularly醒目 at night. 2. The body is made of stainless steel, and the display device does not come into contact with the medium inside the container, ensuring no leakage. It is suitable for use in Class I, II, and III containers and is safe and reliable for containers containing flammable, toxic, or corrosive media. 3. Wide display range and broad applicability, suitable for low-temperature, medium-temperature, and high-pressure conditions. 4. Can output a 4–20mA DC standard signal for remote display of liquid level, centralized monitoring and control of liquid levels in container groups, and can be equipped with level switches for连锁 protection.
